I recently faced a complex project conflict within our team. It was clear that resolution was needed, so I took the initiative. First, I assessed the situation and realized it was beyond my control. I decided to escalate the issue to our project sponsor, who had the authority to intervene effectively.
Simultaneously, I identified a team member with expertise in the area related to the conflict. I delegated the task of gathering detailed data and potential solutions to expedite the resolution process. This allowed us to address the issue efficiently while keeping our sponsor informed.

Following a list of requirements for the AR app, design the app UI, utilizing UX Accessible principles. It featured a gallery of different action movement states, an interactive 3D view mode where the user could understand how different muscles interacted with each other while the selected motion was playing and a Detail Card screen that provide textual information about the selected muscle group.
